Introduction
This policy ("Policy") governs the Argus Ambassador Program ("Program"), which aims to recognize and reward individuals passionate about pet safety and promoting Argus products. Argus reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The Program’s goal is to reward individuals who authentically share Argus’s mission and promote our products. The use of Ambassador Codes for mass distribution with a profit-driven intent is strictly prohibited.
Eligibility
Participation in the Program is by invitation only and is at Argus’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application for participation in the Program.
Ambassador Responsibilities
By participating in the Program, Ambassadors agree to:
- Follow this Policy and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Promote Argus products truthfully and without deceptive practices.
- Avoid making any unauthorized claims regarding Argus products or services.
Use of Ambassador Code
Ambassadors will be provided with a unique discount code ("Ambassador Code") to share with their personal networks, including family, friends, and approved followers. Ambassadors are prohibited from:
- Posting or distributing Ambassador Codes on coupon websites, deal aggregators, or cashback sites.
- Using the Ambassador Code for fraudulent or unethical activities, including false advertising or money laundering.
Code Modifications
Argus reserves the right to modify, deactivate, or terminate any Ambassador Code at any time, without notice.
Termination and Consequences
Argus may terminate an Ambassador’s participation in the Program at its discretion, with or without cause. Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Immediate deactivation of the Ambassador Code.
- Withholding of any pending commissions or payments.
- Removal from the Program.
Limitation of Liability
Argus is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative consequences arising from an Ambassador’s participation in the Program, including indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold Argus harmless from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from their breach of this Policy or any applicable laws.
Acknowledgment
By participating in the Argus Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Policy.
